Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice on matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a proven track record of success in representing clients in complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client representations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive legal outcomes for clients.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and revenue.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on corporation and partnership law.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
