Job Title: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Location: Multiple locations (Chicago, New York, Los Angeles)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases related to auto accidents, slip and falls, and property damage claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate legal advice to clients.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in accident and property damage cases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
