We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team as a General Practice Attorney.

Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters, including but not limited to civil litigation, estate planning, and real estate transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of complex legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and represent them in various legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
