Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Renters Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Renters Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. You will work closely with clients to tailor insurance policies to their specific requirements and provide ongoing support to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the benefits of renters insurance and assist them in selecting suitable coverage options
• Quote insurance premiums and customize policies to meet the individual needs of clients
• Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to clients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in renters insurance, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hold an active insurance license
