Shutters Installer

As a Shutters Installer at Rockwood Shutters, you will be responsible for installing custom shutters in customers’ homes. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in construction or carpentry and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Measure windows accurately to ensure a perfect fit for custom shutters
• Install shutters in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
