Position: General Contractor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
