Job Description

As a Baker at Pasteleria Olmedo, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. You will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs to create and bake delicious treats that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing dough for various baked goods
• Baking and monitoring oven temperatures
• Decorating cakes and pastries
• Ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality
• Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
