About Us:

Big Tex BBQ Fest is a renowned barbecue restaurant located in the heart of Texas. We are famous for our mouthwatering ribs, tender brisket, and flavorful pulled pork. Our mission is to provide our customers with an unforgettable dining experience that keeps them coming back for more. We take pride in our delicious food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook:

• Prepare and cook delicious barbecue dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality

2. Server:

• Greet customers and take their orders with a smile
• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Help customers with any questions they may have about the menu
• Work efficiently to ensure all customers are served promptly

3. Dishwasher:

• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils efficiently
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
