We are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at JDA Professional Services, Inc., you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions for our clients. You will work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure a successful placement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific job roles
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals and deadlines
