Position: Pet Store Associate

Gorilla Dog Beds is a leading provider of high-quality pet products, including bedding, toys, and accessories for dogs of all breeds and sizes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Pet Store Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their pets
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle incoming shipments and restock inventory
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and through email
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on pet care trends and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy products
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
