Position: Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on lending guidelines
• Assist clients in understanding loan options and recommend the most suitable products
• Collect and analyze financial information to assess creditworthiness
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients
• Ensure timely processing and closing of loans
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in loan processing or underwriting preferred
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
