Job Title: Resident Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Resident Manager at Sherman Rooming House. The Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boarding house, as well as ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the property
- Enforce house rules and policies to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents
- Respond to any emergencies or maintenance issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
