Job Responsibilities

• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various types of floor materials, rugs, carpets, and rugs
• Identifying and resolving issues with flooring installations, including uneven surfaces, tears, and stains
• Providing professional recommendations for floor material, rug, carpet, and rug repairs based on customer needs
• Collaborating with customers, designers, and other team members to achieve high-quality results
• Ensuring all repair work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards
• Keeping accurate records of repairs, materials used, and customer interactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in floor materials, rugs, carpet, or rug repair
• Demonstrated knowledge of different types of floor materials, rugs, carpets, and rugs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
