B-Z Washateria is a well-established laundromat located in the heart of the community. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and a clean, comfortable environment for our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laundromat Attendant.

Job Title: Laundromat Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with operating coin-operated washers and dryers
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Keep the laundromat clean and well-maintained at all times
• Monitor the machines to ensure they are in proper working order
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Sort and fold laundry as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be reliable and punctual
