Assist customers in selecting the perfect office furniture and equipment to meet their needs
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer requirements
Offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Manage inventory and ensure products are adequately stocked
Collaborate with vendors to source new and innovative office furniture and equipment
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the office furniture and equipment industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of various office furniture brands and products
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
