Job Title: Office Furniture & Equipment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect office furniture and equipment to meet their needs
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer requirements
• Offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Manage inventory and ensure products are adequately stocked
• Collaborate with vendors to source new and innovative office furniture and equipment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the office furniture and equipment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of various office furniture brands and products
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
