Job Title: Youth Minister

Job Description:

As a Youth Minister at Power in the Word Ministry, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating youth activities, events, and programs within the church. You will work closely with our youth members to engage them in faith-based activities, provide mentorship, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for young people to grow spiritually.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement youth programs and events
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to youth members
• Organize outreach initiatives to engage youth in the community
• Mentor and disciple young people in their faith journey
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry with overall church goals

Qualifications:

• Strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values
• Previous experience working with youth in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute engaging youth activities
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for working with young people
