Position Available: Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Faith Assisted Living Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current valid Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or residential care facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred
