Job Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As a counselor at Sherell Grace Hebert, LPC, you will work closely with clients to provide individualized counseling sessions to address their personal and emotional needs. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to facilitate positive changes in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients’ needs
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients’ mental health concerns
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
