Job Title: Member Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Member Service Representative at Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in assisting our members with their financial needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, opening accounts, and promoting our products and services to help our members make informed decisions about their finances. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Open new accounts, including savings, checking, and certificates of deposit
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Provide information and assistance to members regarding their accounts and financial options
• Assist with resolving member inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and transactions
• Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer applications and basic math skills
• Knowledge of credit union products and services a plus
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
