We are Hiring: Educational Services Coordinator

Job Description

EPIC is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing educational programs and services for our community partners. You will work closely with schools, community centers, and other organizations to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our participants and are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with EPIC’s mission and goals
• Collaborate with community partners to identify educational needs and opportunities
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and materials
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Train and support program staff and volunteers
• Manage program budgets and resources
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in program coordination or management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Passion for education and community engagement
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
