Job Title: Cold Storage Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, storing, and processing goods in our cold storage warehouse
• Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
• Assist in inventory management and tracking
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures

Job Title: Storage Household & Commercial Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their storage needs, including unit selection and rental agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Maintain a clean and secure storage facility
• Perform regular inspections of storage units
• Assist in marketing and promoting storage services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of storage facility operations is a plus
