Job Title: Major Appliance Refinishing & Repair Technician

Job Description

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair major household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens
• Perform repairs in customers’ homes or at our service center
• Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix appliance issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest appliance repair techniques

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in major appliance repair
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of appliance systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
