Position Available: Home Health Aide

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Escort clients to appointments and social outings
• Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health status to the care team

Qualifications

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in home health care
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
