Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Assist in creating and updating drink menus
• Monitor and control inventory levels
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender preferred
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be at least 21 years old

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to customers’ tables
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server preferred
• Knowledge of American cuisine and wine pairings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude

Position: Catering Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute catering orders for events and special occasions
• Interact with clients to customize menus and services
• Manage catering staff and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and client feedback
• Assist in marketing and promoting catering services

Requirements:

• Prior experience in catering or event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Creative thinker with a passion for culinary arts
