Beauty Salon Receptionist:

As a Beauty Salon Receptionist at Spot Hair Salon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the salon by providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and handling inquiries. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s booking system
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist stylists and beauty professionals with daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon reception area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of beauty salon services and products is a plus
