Position: Bartender

Are you an experienced bartender looking for a new opportunity in the hospitality industry? Bossi Ristorante Italiano – CLOSED is currently seeking a skilled bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position: Pizza Chef

Do you have a passion for crafting delicious pizzas from scratch? Bossi Ristorante Italiano – CLOSED is looking for a talented pizza chef to join our culinary team. As a pizza chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Italian pizzas using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes
• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven or traditional pizza oven
• Ensure quality and consistency in all pizza offerings
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pizza chef or pizza maker
• Knowledge of traditional Italian pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality cuisine

Position: Server (Fine Dining)

Are you a dedicated and professional server with experience in fine dining establishments? Bossi Ristorante Italiano – CLOSED is seeking experienced servers to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to guests
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Prior experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant
