Position: Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

– Evaluate loan applications and determine the best financial options for clients
– Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their loans
– Work closely with clients to gather all necessary documentation for loan approval
– Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the loan process
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
– 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in mortgages or loans
– Strong understanding of loan products and services
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Detail-oriented and organized

Position: Mortgage Specialist

Responsibilities:

– Analyze client financial situations to determine the best mortgage options
– Guide clients through the mortgage application process
– Provide expert advice on mortgage products and services
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their long-term financial success
– Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in mortgage regulations

Qualifications:

– Certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) designation preferred
– 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending
– Knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
