Job Responsibilities:
Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy matters
Draft legal documents, including bankruptcy petitions and agreements
Negotiate with creditors to reach favorable settlements for clients
Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
