Bankruptcy Law Attorneys Wanted

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy matters
• Draft legal documents, including bankruptcy petitions and agreements
• Negotiate with creditors to reach favorable settlements for clients
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Coordinate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
• Monitor client cases and provide updates on progress

Qualifications:

• Experience working with legal service plans preferred
