Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing expert financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans by evaluating applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing personalized advice and solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other referral partners
• Negotiate loan terms and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current NMLS license
