Job Title: Insurance Adjuster

Job Description

As an Insurance Adjuster at Mahesh Desai CPAlfPcfa Certified Public Accounta, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating insurance claims on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with policyholders, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
• Review policy terms and coverage to determine the extent of liability
• Assess damages and losses to determine the value of the claim
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and insurance companies
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each claim
• Keep accurate records of all claim-related activities
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance adjusting
• Certification as a Public Adjuster is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance claims software
