New Essence Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our health and welfare clinics team. As a member of our clinics team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients to provide top-notch care and support. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Conducting medical assessments and developing personalized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

2. Home Health Services:

If you have a passion for home-based care, consider joining our home health services team at New Essence Health Care. Our home health services team is dedicated to providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
• Providing hands-on care, including medication administration and wound care
• Supporting patients with activities of daily living
• Educating patients and their families on proper care techniques

3. Nurses-Home Services:

New Essence Health Care is seeking dynamic and compassionate nurses to join our home services team. As a nurse in our home services program, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patient health status
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at New Essence Health Care, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for the respective position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to patients
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
