Position Available
We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Lynda Bunker, you will be responsible for helping clients secure the right mortgage product for their individual financial situation. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, explain various mortgage options, and guide them through the application process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients’ financial information to determine the most suitable mortgage products
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process and answer any questions they may have
- Communicate with lenders to negotiate terms and secure the best possible interest rates for clients
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the mortgage approval process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software
