Job Title: Storage Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their storage needs, including renting units and providing information about our services
• Conduct property tours and showcase available storage units to potential customers
• Maintain a clean and organized storage facility, ensuring all units are in good condition
• Perform regular security checks to ensure the safety of our customers’ belongings
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing rental agreements and payments

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in the storage industry is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
