Job Title: Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Handle client consultations and inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
