Position Available: Customer Service Representative

MXenergy is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with account inquiries, billing questions, and general support. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking to grow their career in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with billing questions and account management
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Educate customers on energy products and services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
