Job Responsibilities

As a Legal Service Plans Attorney at Watt Thompson & Henneman LLP, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients enrolled in legal service plans
• Handling a caseload of various legal matters, including estate planning, family law, and real estate transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members on complex cases
• Staying up-to-date on changes in the law and legal best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in legal service plans
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
