• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on appliances to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, answer questions, and provide pricing estimates
• Maintain accurate records of parts used, repairs completed, and customer interactions
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while conducting repairs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair, particularly with major appliances
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex appliance issues
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy appliances and equipment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
