1. Freight Forwarding Specialist:

• Coordinate and monitor the shipment of goods from origin to destination
• Negotiate rates with carriers and manage transportation costs
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status

2. Shipping Services Coordinator:

• Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and airlines
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Provide quotes and arrange for transportation of goods
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

To be considered for a position at Hont Global Services, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
