We Are Hiring for an Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and build relationships with clients
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
• Create customized insurance plans based on clients’ needs
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
• Provide ongoing support to clients and handle any claims or inquiries
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Insurance license is a plus
