Position: Home Health Nurse

As a Home Health Nurse at Sumic Health Inc, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ health and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring clients’ conditions and providing ongoing support and education to clients and their families
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Documenting all care provided and communicating effectively with healthcare providers and other team members

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
