We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:
1. Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator at Elyon Customs Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the transportation of goods for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing shipment schedules and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and clients to track shipments
- Resolving any issues that may arise during transportation
2. Customs Broker
As a Customs Broker at Elyon Customs Broker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients comply with all customs regulations when importing or exporting goods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting customs documentation to the relevant authorities
- Calculating and paying duties and taxes on behalf of clients
- Advising clients on customs regulations and compliance issues
3. Export Representative
As an Export Representative at Elyon Customs Broker, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the complexities of exporting goods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with export documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
- Providing guidance on export controls and trade restrictions
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or export operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
