Job Title: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorneys

Job Description:

As a Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney at Garcia Delagarza, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Attending court hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements
• Representing clients in mediation and arbitration
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial law
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
