Job Description

As a Home Lending Advisor with Justin Syfert-Chase Home Lending, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and help them find the right loan products to suit their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Educating clients on the home buying process and available loan options
• Assessing clients’ financial situations and recommending appropriate loan products
• Gathering and analyzing client financial documents
• Assisting clients with loan application paperwork
• Communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active NMLS ID – NMLS ID 289149
• Previous experience in mortgage lending
• Strong knowledge of loan products and programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
