Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee and manage project budgets and schedules
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
