Job Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for manufacturing, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail. As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from initial planning to final product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific manufacturing requirements
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet client needs
• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
