Position: Musical Instrument Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect musical instruments based on their needs and skill level
• Demonstrate instruments to customers and provide expert advice on playing techniques
• Handle instrument sales transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current music trends and industry developments
• Keep the showroom organized and presentable at all times
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a music retail environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of a variety of musical instruments and their features
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Passion for music and a desire to help others discover their musical talents
