Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

National Manufacturing is seeking a talented and experienced Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from initial project planning to final product delivery. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific contract manufacturing requirements
• Create detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, including sourcing materials, production scheduling, and quality control
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing or a similar role
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
