Position: Medical Clinic Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the medical clinic, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and services
• Handle patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
