Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing referrals from optometrists and other healthcare providers
• Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding eye care services
• Collaborate with our clinical team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain detailed and organized records of patient referrals and communications
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited optometry program
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
