We Are Hiring Interior Designers & Decorators

Are you a creative and experienced interior designer looking to join a dynamic team of professionals? Batsche Design is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Interior Designers & Decorators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with top industry professionals, and showcase your design skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and develop interior design concepts that reflect the client’s taste, style, and needs
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas
• Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories for projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure project success
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
